Responsibilities

    • Identify and target new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, and MRO sectors.
    • Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
    • Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
    • Provide expert guidance to potential clients, showcasing Howcroft Group’s diverse product range and bespoke solutions.
    • Represent the Howcroft Group brand with professionalism and integrity.

  • Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance.

Must Have

  • • Proven track record in external sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
  • • Extensive experience within the MRO, Industrial, or a related sector.
  • • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
  • • A high degree of self-motivation, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit.
  • • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
  • • Knowledge of Odoo software platform and sales reporting is a plus.

Compensation

  • This is a commission-only role with unlimited earning potential. The commission structure is highly competitive and designed to reward top-level performance. Full details of the commission plan will be discussed with qualified candidates.
