Responsibilities
- Identify and target new business opportunities within the industrial, manufacturing, and MRO sectors.
- Manage the entire sales cycle, from prospecting and lead generation to negotiation and closing.
- Build and maintain a strong pipeline of new business, consistently meeting or exceeding sales targets.
- Provide expert guidance to potential clients, showcasing Howcroft Group’s diverse product range and bespoke solutions.
- Represent the Howcroft Group brand with professionalism and integrity.
- Provide regular reports on sales activity and performance.
Must Have
- • Proven track record in external sales, with a history of meeting and exceeding targets.
- • Extensive experience within the MRO, Industrial, or a related sector.
- • Exceptional communication, negotiation, and closing skills.
- • A high degree of self-motivation, discipline, and entrepreneurial spirit.
- • Ability to work independently and manage a sales territory effectively.
- • Knowledge of Odoo software platform and sales reporting is a plus.
Compensation
